Amazing experience—staff is very professional! Hector and Maputo will ensure you have a great time. They have you on the most beautiful horse, riding through the emerald jungle to see a massive waterfall. Afterwards you go zip-lining over the canopy. The ATV tour is cute, you see the sierra madres, saw an iguana and a lot of butterflies. They feed you an amazing authentic Mexican meal—cater to dietary restrictions. Pick up and drop off was convenient.

Sergio was very professional, friendly, and kind. He Went above and beyond to please his guests. The food was fresh and excellent. The tour was amazing. We had a great time. I Totally recommend it to everyone. The place was very clean and organized. This was the best horse 🐎 back ridding I ever have. Sergio had the chef’s do a sweet plantain with condensed milk as a birthday cake 🎂 for me. It was delicious 😋. Great time!

The experience was amazing. The guides were fantastic and the route to the waterfall was so beautiful. We followed the river and crossed it multiple times on the way there. Afterwards, they showed us how tortillas are made as well as how to make salsa, then ate lunch. Highly recommend getting this tour.

This was an amazing tour!! Sergio was an awesome guide! He was funny and gave a city tour on the way to the ranch. The horses were well mannered and well taken care of, the ride to the waterfall was really pretty, the ladies were wonderful and the food was delicious! It should not be missed!

We did the horseback riding, ziplining, and atv combo. The hourseback riding was great. We had a 3.5 and 5.5 year old with us so they each child sit in front of us on the horse. The guides were in front and in the back of the group, so it was an amazing experiencing riding and guiding the horse by ourselves. We reach the waterfall for a refreshing dip. This lasted about 2.5 hours. The ziplining was spectacular much longer than we anticipated high up in the tree tops. There were 7 sections and took about 1.5 hours. The atv vehicles looked new, we toured las palmas town and the backcountry, not much shade so put on alot of sunblock. The rides also created alot of dust, they provided bandanas but dust still got through to your eyes with sunglasses. This lasted about 1 hour. What was unexpected was the delicious homemade mexican food at the end. This was included in the price we paid but we would have paid extra for the food, it was that good. There was also a tequila tasting at the end. It was surely worth the trip and cost out there. We’d do the trip again.

We had an amazing time at Rancho Capomo during our trip to Puerto Vallarta. The staff was awesome and it was great to meet the owner who takes pride in showing his guest a goodtime. My friend and I felt like family being catered to with the finest hospitality. I feel like tipping is the way to show you appreciate someone's services. The way they service you at this location you should tip each person that is there providing you an amazing experience. From activity to drinks to food to ride. We were offered to tip all workers before we left (after lunch). We thought the price paid for the combo was reasonable. Zipline, horseback riding and ATV. The food and drinks were delicious and served with love. My friend and I tipped approximately 8-10 workers 50 pesos each and I personally tipped the owner 200 pesos. They have a photo of you on the horse to purchase if you want one. It's simple but a nice momento. the owner did take a payment card to pay for photo. I highly recommend you do this excursion. They had about three pickup locations. My friend and I flew to PV we did not arrive via cruiseship. WE HAVE LOTS OF GREAT PHOTOS.THESE ARE A FEW TAKEN. MY FRIEND NEED TO STILL SEND ME PHOTOS OF US IN THE WATER, GETTING READY TO ZIPLINE AND BEGINNING TO ROLL OUT ONTHE ATV.

Me and my boyfriend signed up for this excursion back in December. We loved it. Pros: -They picked us up at a Starbucks near our hotel and drove us to the ranch in a comfy air conditioned bus. -The horseback excursion was on the slower side but the trail was very rocky and up and down so it is a good option for both beginners and intermediate riders. -The area we went was also very beautiful. You do have the option to swim in the waterfall at the end of the trail, but in December, the water was freezing. -The food we were served after the excursion, was delicious. My boyfriend is a vegan and they were also able to accommodate him. -After lunch, we had a few min to relax before heading back to our drop off point. I was allowed to give pets to the 2 ranch dogs and cat as well as some of their horses. Cons: -The only con we experienced. was that the guides didn't really explain anything. They gave like a quick speech of how you squeeze your legs to get the horse to go and pull on the reigns to make it stop, but it was a rushed and short demonstration and while I didn't need the demonstration since I've been horseback riding in the past, I did see a few beginners and children who had no idea what they were supposed to do during the excursion. A little more of a demonstration for the beginners could have been really helpful.

BEST DAY OF OUR ENTIRE TRIP :) The pick-up point was only 10 min away from our hotel which was definitely a plus. Everyone at Rancho Capomo was super friendly & the guides were great! + the horses were trained well & basically didn’t need any steering as they just followed each other in a line. The food was 10/10!! I’m vegetarian and they accommodated which was super appreciated :) My boyfriend enjoyed tequila straight from the barrel, and ate so much food too. Also, if you love dogs like us, they have like 6 that are super friendly and sweet! Thank you Rancho Capomo for an awesome time! We will be back soon.
